1. Services Offered

Blazing Bins provides professional trash bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Our services are available on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or one-time basis, each with its own service commitment.

Service Plans

• Monthly: Requires a minimum of 3 cleanings. Early cancellation before the third cleaning may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.
• Bi-Monthly: Requires a minimum of 3 cleanings. Early cancellation before the third service may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the remaining minimum services.
• Quarterly Service: Requires a minimum of 3 cleanings per year. Cancelling before completing the third service may also result in a cancellation fee.
• One-Time Service: No ongoing commitment. Payment is due upon arrival, service will not be completed until payment has been received.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers must ensure trash cans are empty and accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. If access is restricted (e.g., locked gates, cans not curbside), the service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of service for all service types. We accept debt cards, credit cards and ACH payment for recurring services. One time cleans can be paid by check (made out to Blazing Bins), Venmo and credit cards (3% fee will be applied for credit cards).

For recurring customers, if payment is not made before the time of service, we reserve the right to pause future services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

4. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Blazing Bins. If you're unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

• If the service was not performed to standard, a re-clean or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• No refunds will be provided for missed services due to inaccessible or unprepared bins.
• Cancellations before completing the required minimum number of cleanings in monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly plans may result in a charge equal to the cost of a one time clean price per bin.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel, please contact us 2 weeks before your next cleaning. This will ensure you are not charged for service that month. To reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee or forfeiture of that cleaning.

6. Changes to Terms

Blazing Bins reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blazing Bins is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. While we take great care in our work, we are not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition of bins or surroundings.
